How do I return an item?
We want to ensure you the quickest turnaround time of your return, here we have a written outline of all instructions needed for the easiest return solution of your parcel. With the given original order number on the outside of the box, please securely repackage your item. You will state a note, of the reason for return enclosed within the package.
Where is my Order?
Once your order has been placed online store, you will receive an order notification letting you know that we received the order. Then, when your order has been shipped from our store a 2nd notification will be sent to you confirming your order is on its way with courier details. Once the courier has your package, they will notify you with delivery states/updates and when the package will be delivered to you.
Can I cancel my order?
Your order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped but we can give you a full refund when the purchase is returned within the returns/refunds terms.
Can I exchange my purchase?
We don’t offer exchanges because we are a pre-order business for having said, we are try to produce ethically and sustainably high quality with low quantity. You will receive a full refund that follows the returns/refunds terms.
How can I track my purchase?
To stay informed about your tracking status, you can track your delivery with the courier details we provided to you in the 2nd email you received after your order was purchased online.
